Morris & Essex 2021

Every 5 years the Morris & Essex Kennel Club puts on a beautiful one day show in the middle of the week in October. Exhibitors and judges dress up in period clothing from the 1930’s era as a homage to when this show was the place to be seen and those in the fancy and socialites would attend in their best outfits. Due to Covid, this show last happened 6 years ago and I attended with Amira. Faggia was only 1 at the time. This was Faggia’s first M&E show and sadly, will be her last as the next one won’t happen until she is 12. We were so happy that our Faggia was Best of Breed at this historic show this year. We are also so proud of her daughter Alp Angel’s Innova ( Burke ) and her owner Rachel Wagner. Burke was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. I really wanted to share these photos because the outfits are just amazing and what a fun opportunity for all to dress up on a beautiful day.

We are so grateful to Amanda Shea who showed Faggia to her win and also presented her so beautifully in the Herding Group late last evening in the dark!
